1. Who we are

This website is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], registration number [MB], tax ID [PIB] (“Adrio Digital”, “we”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

  • Contact form: name, email address, and — if you provide them — company, website, services of interest, approximate budget and your message.
  • Email: the content of messages you send to us and our replies.
  • Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting and security providers process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time in server logs, to deliver and protect the site.
  • Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To respond to your inquiry and prepare an offer — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.
  • To run, secure and protect the website and prevent spam — our legitimate interest.
  • To understand how the website is used — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To meet legal obligations, where applicable.

We process personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. Cookies and similar technologies

  • Necessary: your cookie choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (adrio_consent) for up to 12 months. Our security provider Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies (e.g. __cf_bm) to protect the site from bots.
  • Analytics (optional): Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only after you click “Accept analytics”. Advertising and personalization signals are not enabled.

You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We use the following service providers (processors), who process data on our behalf:

  • Hostinger — website hosting
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, DNS and security (and spam protection for the contact form, if enabled)
  • Google — business email (Google Workspace), Google Analytics (only with consent) and, if used, appointment scheduling (Google Calendar)

Some of these providers may process data outside Serbia and the EEA, including in the United States. In such cases transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses or recognized certification frameworks.

6. How long we keep data

  • Contact form inquiries and email correspondence: as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for up to [24 MONTHS] after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or we enter into a business relationship.
  • Google Analytics data: [14 MONTHS] (the retention period set in our Analytics property).
  • Server logs: according to our hosting and security providers’ retention periods.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise your rights, email [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (www.poverenik.rs) or with the data protection authority in your country.

8. Security

The website is served over HTTPS, protected by Cloudflare, and access to submitted inquiries is limited to authorized staff.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
